MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />Monday, August 14, 206 <br />7:00 o'clock p.m. <br />(2005 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, Continued) <br />Malloy commented overall the audit went very smoothly and the City's accounting records are in good <br />condition. <br />McMillan inquired what the timeline for the audit should be for next year. <br />Malloy recommended the audit be commenced sooner in the year, with the audit being completed by the <br />end of April. <br />McMillan inquired what the difference is between the designations budget and actual. <br />Malloy stated in the past cities would amend their budgets throughout the year and the actual <br />designation reflects what was actually expended versus what was budgeted at the beginning of the year. <br />Malloy noted the difference between Orono's budgeted amount and the actual amount expended was <br />$62.00. <br />PARK COMMMISSION COMMENTS — IRENE SILBER <br />No Park Commission representative was present. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION COMMENTS — ROLAND JURGENS, REPRESENTATIVE <br />Jurgens stated he had nothing to report but would remain for questions. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />None <br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br />4. #05 -3076 GRADING PLAN REVIEW -1280 SPRUCE PLACE <br />Jeffrey Gustafson, Contractor; Chris, Superior Design, and Gregory Gustafson, property owner, were <br />present. <br />PAGE 2 <br />i. <br />r <br />
