Highway No. 12 ) within the City of Orono (hereafter <br /> referred to as "City") , a property legally described as Lot 1 , <br /> Blockl , Willow Properties Addition, (hereafter referred to as <br /> "property") ; and <br /> Whereas , the applicant has applied to the City for a <br /> Conditional Use Permit per Miunicipal Zoning Code Section 101.28 <br /> • subdivision 3 (d) to permit the construction of a community <br /> library on the property. <br /> Now, Therefore Be It Resolved by the City Council of <br /> Orono, Minnesota: � <br /> Findings <br /> l . This application was reviewed as Zoning File No. 8P�7 . <br /> 2 . The property is located in the RR-1B Rural Residential <br /> Zoning District. <br /> 3. The proposed building shall serve as a community � <br /> library. . <br /> . 4 . On February 21 , 1984 , the Orono Planning Commission <br /> voted unanimously to recommend approval of the proposed <br /> library use for the property. <br /> 5. On February 27, 1984, the Orono City Council approved an <br /> amendment � to the Zoning Code adding Section 1�.28 Subdiv <br /> 3 (D) permitting a library use with a Conditional Use <br /> Permit within the RR-1B Zoning District finding the use <br /> • compatible with the intent of the RR-1B Zoning District, <br /> Municipal Zoning Code and Comprehensive Plan. <br /> 6. On March 26, 1984 , the Orono City Council reviewed the <br /> applicant's site plan dated January 3 , 1984 , project <br /> number 003f�203 and approved the site plan based on the <br /> � following conditions: <br /> . page 1 of 4 <br />
