A copy of the adopted resolution is enclosed for your reference. Please arrange to <br />sign the original at the City offices prior to issuance of building permits for the second-story addition. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Council minutes, they are available from the City Clerk after <br />review and approval by the City Council.
