For <br />convenience, Burnet Title is referred to in this letter as "you." This letter ("Escrow <br />Instructions") constitutes Escrow Instructions for the closing between the City and <br />James R. Jundt and Mary Joann Jundt, husband and wife, (Developer) relating to PID <br /># 114l7-23-32-0020. <br />The City's closing documents shall be disbursed strictly in accordance with the <br />Escrow Instructions.
