Record documents in the following order and prior to any additional encumbrances being <br />recorded azainst the Plat or property within the Plat: <br />(i) Documents necessary to release any recorded liens or mortgages at the time <br />of closing; <br />(ii) Resolution No. 6836 (Street Vacation); <br />(iv) Development Agreement; <br />(v) Final Plat. <br />3. Deliver copies of all executed closing documents to me; and <br />4. Return the following original recorded documents to Jeremy Barnhart at the City of Orono, <br />2750 Kelley Parkway, Orono. MN 55436 <br />(i) Resolution No. 6836 (Street Vacation); <br />(ii) Development Contract. <br />5.
