• <br />RESOLUTION NO. 922 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT <br />FOR MICHAEL ANKENY AND WILLIAM NOLL <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br />subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development <br />of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for <br />a lot line rearrangement by Mr. Michael Ankeny and Mr. William Noll, <br />the subdividers; and <br />WHEREAS, William Noll owns Tract A, RLS 1349 (tax parcel <br />38-43160-4500) and Michael Ankeny (Edward Hamm) owns Tract B, RLS 1349 <br />which is presently combined,-fo:r tax purposes with Lots 5 & 6 of Auditor's <br />Subdivision No. 307 and Lot 15, Block 12, Minnetonka Bluffs (all tax <br />parcel 38-41640-3115); and <br />• WHEREAS, the Subdividers wish to transfer ownership of <br />Tract B, RLS 1349 from Ankeny to Noll; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed transfer requires a subdivision of <br />the previously combined Ankeny parcels; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed transfer will occur along existing <br />platted property boundaries; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed transfer will not create a new building <br />site; and <br />WHEREAS, the resulting Ankeny and Noll lots will each exceed <br />the zoning district minimum lot area requirements, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br />City of Orono hereby approves the division of tax parcel 38-41640-3115 <br />(Ankeny) consisting of the division of Tract B, RLS 1349 from the above <br />tax parcel subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Tract B, RLS 1349 shall be legally combined for tax <br />• purposes with Tract A, RLS 1349. , <br />
