A certified original copy of this resolution shall be <br />filed with the Hennepin County Recorder's Office in <br />the chain of title of the Ankeny and the Noll properties, <br />on or before January 25, 1979. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the resolution <br />has not been filed by the date specified above.
