RESOLUTION #328 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENTS <br />1969LS-2 & 1969LW-2, (CHEVY CHASE AREA) AND <br />DIRECTING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />Councilman McCarthy introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />BE IT -RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br />Orono, Minnesota, as follows: <br />1. It is hereby' found and determined that notice of hear- <br />ing on a sewer and water improvement in the Village designated as <br />1969LS-2 and 1969LW-2, (Chevy Chase area), was duly mailed on <br />November 19, 1969, and published in the Wayzata -Plymouth Minnetonka <br />Sun, the official newspaper of the Village, on November 20 and 26, <br />1969, as required by Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and as ordered <br />by this Council nn November 10, 1969. <br />2. A public hearing having been held on said improvement <br />on December 1, 1969, and opportunity having beengiven at such <br />hearing to all persons to make known their views on said improvement, <br />and this Council being fully advised of the pertinent facts, does <br />hereby order the construction of said improvement. <br />3. William T. Mills, of Orono, Minnesota, the consulting <br />engineer for'theā€¢Village, is hereby authorized and directed to <br />prepare final plans and specifications for said improvement and <br />to submit them to this Council. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Councilman Franzel, and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Oberhauser, <br />Councilmen Butterfield, Franzel, and McCarthy. I have carefully compared said extract with said <br />original record; <br />3. I find said extract to be a true, correct and complete <br />transcript from the original minutes of a meeting of <br />the Village Council of said Village held on the date <br />indicated in said extract, including any resolutions <br />
