RESOLUTION #713 <br /> A RESOLUTION RELAT2NG TO PARTICIPATION IN THE <br /> SUBURBAN HENNEPIN COUNTY NURSING DISTRICT <br /> � <br /> �$ Councilmember Butler introduced the following resolution <br /> and moved it� s adopt3on. <br /> WI�REAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 1�45.08 and <br /> 1�5. 12, provision has been made for a public health nursing <br /> district in that portion of Hennep3n County outside the City <br /> of Minneapolis, and <br /> WHE.REAS, pursuant to such authority such a publ3c health <br /> nursing district has been organ3zed and has been in operation <br /> s3.nce 1952, and <br /> T�'HEREAS, 3t is deemed necessary to continue the ot�eration of <br /> such nursing district and to provide it with adequate funds for <br /> its proper opera�ion <br /> NOTrT, THER�FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERN2NG BODY OF <br /> City of Orono that this political subdivision <br /> cont3,nue to be included in the publ3.c health nursing distric� <br /> of Suburban Hennapin County, organized on January �+, 1952; <br /> that it participate in the benefits thereof; and that it <br /> � agrees to support on an apportionment laasis its pro r•ata <br /> share of the cost of the admin3str•ation of such district <br /> pr•ovided, nowaver, that for the period of January l, 1977 <br /> through December 31, 19'77 this cc�st shall not oxceed �. 678 <br /> per capita on the basis of 1976 population estimates as per , <br /> the Metropol3tan Council.
