<br /> The City Council of Orono ordains as follows:
<br /> Section 1: Municipal Zoning Code Section 78-1491(h) is hereby revised as follows:
<br /> (h) Commercial vehicle parking. Off-street parking �es accessory to residential

<br /> �rovisions of 78-1577 of this Section. Additionallv, vehicles in excess of 14,000 pounds
<br /> GVW shall be subiect to the provisions of 78-1577(cl(2) and no
<br /> trailer in excess of 10,000 pounds GVW shall be parked or stored in a residential district
<br /> except when loading, unloading or rendering a service.

<br /> Section 2: Municipal Zoning Code Section 78-1577 is hereby revised as follows:
<br /> Sec. 78-1577. Exterior storage in R districts.
<br /> In all R districts, all recreational vehicles, mobile homes, camping trailers, motor
<br /> homes pickup coaches, travel trailers, special mobile equipment, and utilitv trailers shall
<br /> meet the requirements of this code. Additionally, all mobile materials and equipment
<br /> shall be stored within a building or fully screened so as not to be visible from adjoining
