<br /> a. Campin� trailer means a foldin� structure, mounted on wheels and
<br /> designed for travel recreation and vacation uses, also called a pop-un
<br /> camper•
<br /> b. Motor home means a portable, temporarv dwellin� to be used for
<br /> travel recreation and vacation, constructed as an inte�ral part of a self-
<br /> nropelled vehicle.
<br /> c. Pickup �1� camper means a structure designed to be mounted on a
<br /> truck chassis for use as a temporary dwellin� for travel, recreation and
<br /> vacation.
<br /> d. Travel trailer means a vehicular, portable structure built on a chassis,
<br /> desi�ned to be used as a temporarv dwelling for travel, recreational
<br /> and vacation uses, permanently identified as a travel trailer bv the
<br /> manufacturer of the trailer.
<br /> (2.) �ecial Mobile Equipment means everv vehicle not designed or used
<br /> primarilv for the transportation of nersons or propertv and onlv
<br /> incidentally operated or moved over a hi�hwav, includin� but not limited
<br /> to: ditch di��in� equipment, movin� dollies, pump hoists and other well-
<br /> drillin� equipment, street sweepin� vehicles, and other machinerv such as
<br /> asphalt spreaders, bituminous mixers, bucket loaders, tractors other than
<br /> truck-tractors, ditchers, levelin� �raders, finishin� machines, motor
<br /> graders, road rollers, scarifiers, earth-movin� ectuipment. The term does
<br /> not include travel trailers, dump trucks, truck-mounted transit mixers,
<br /> truck-mounted feed �rinders, or other motor vehicles designed for the
<br /> transportation of persons or praperty to which machinerv has been
<br /> attached.
<br /> � Utilitv Trailer means anv motorless vehicle, other than a boat trailer or
<br /> personal watercraft trailer, desi�ned for carrvin� of snowmobiles,
<br /> motorcvcles, all terrain vehicles, or propertv on its own structure and for
<br /> bein� drawn bv a motor vehicle but shall not include boat trailers, a trailer
<br /> drawn bv a truck-tractor semitrailer combination, or an auxiliarv axle on a
<br /> motor vehicle which carries a portion of the wei�ht of the motor vehicle to
<br /> which it is attached.
<br /> � Parking of recreational � vehicles, mobile homes and utility trailers shall
<br /> be re�ulated as follows:
