VILLAGE 08 ORONO
Wayzata, 11innesota 55391
Re: Tract D, R.L.S. 1275 plat 43152 parcel 4000, which is
east of Brown Road and about a mile north of U.S. 12.
Dear Its. Curry:
Enclosed are drawings and specifications for an on -land sewage
treatment s}stem for the above referenced lot. The drain -
field design was based on the percolation tests and the soil
boring performed on May 2 and 3, 1977. The locations of the
percolation tests holes and the soil borings are shown in
Figure 1. Soils encountered in the seven foot soil boring
were topsoil over brown clay over brown silty clay. No ground-
water was found in the soil boring hole. The percolation
rate for the primary drainfield averaged 78 minutes per inch.
The percolation rate in alternate drainfield area was greater
than 120 minutes per inch. The suggested disposal system for
this alternate drainfield area is a mound treatment system.
Stated percolation rates are averaged for the locati,...s shown
and no guarantee is implied or expressed that these conditions
exist for the entire proposed drainfield area.
Sincerely, 1
EUGEN A.
