I am writing to you in response to your email to me dated <br /> January 8, 2014. Thank you for your email but we respectfully disagree with your City <br /> Attorney's interpretation of the Orono zoning ordinance. We believe that the use of the property <br /> by Orono Station is a continuation of the previous uses of the Property and fall within the <br /> permitted uses allowed in the B-1 district as a"Garden Supply Company". <br /> We also want to make sure the City is not confused about the business to be conducted at the <br /> site. Our tenant NutriGreen Lawn Services will only be conducting its sales and distribution <br /> operations from this site.
