The City has <br /> forwarded to me your correspondence dated January 22, 2014, where you indicate that <br /> your client will be operating a business that has been determined by staff to not be an <br /> allowed use. The City staff has directed me to write this letter informing you that if <br /> your client is currently operating a business that he may be subject to a civil suit or <br /> criminal enforcement of the City's Code. <br /> I believe there is support, at a staff level, for your client to amend the code so that his <br /> business becomes an allowed use subject to reasonable conditions imposed by the City <br /> Code.
