I don't recall that a firm decision was <br /> made so I am including some cost for wetland delineation in the escrow amount. If you would like us to adjust this, <br /> please let us know. <br /> 2—Because this is an estimated buffer need in lieu of final findings in the wetland delineation,the language in the <br /> recommendation is a little different from other recommendations. We hope that this language is clear enough and <br /> complete enough to address this type of situation.
