The
following is an item-by-item response to your concerns:
Our measurement to the edge of the sill indicates an 8"rise. Method of measurement
is open to interpretation. No action to be taken.
- Front stoop is cracked. It is now apparent this is a structural problem and must be
repaired. Options would be to replace the stoop and its foundation or to repair per
a structural engineer's recommendations.
- Lack of seal around patio doors, etc. Doors and windows must be installed per
manufacturer's requirements. Contractor to receive manufacturer's approval on
repairs.
' - Mound septic does not meet code. Absorption width to be increased to meet code
requirements.
Reseal joints on manhole rises. Steve Weckman witnessed this work, and after
regrading around tanks,no leakage has been detected. No action to be taken.
- Class B flue noises. Wall must be opened up for inspection of firestop installation.
- The air conditioning unit does not have proper clearance. Unit must be moved to
meet manufacturer's requirement.
Telephone (612) 473-7357 • FAX 473- N10
