Page 1 <br /> 1984 ORONO BOARD OF REVIEW <br /> MAY 3H, 1984 <br /> The 1984 Board of Review met on Wednesday, May 30, 1984 . Mayor <br /> Butler called the meeting to order at 7 : 35 P.M. Councilmembers <br /> present were: Grabek, Frahm, Adams and Hammerel . Milt Hilk and <br /> Glenn Busitzky represented Hennepin County. Administrator Benson <br /> and Dorothy Hallin Deputy City Clerk represented City staff . <br /> Mayor Butler explained to the audience the process and purpose of <br /> the Board of Review. She explained that anyone who is at this meeting <br /> has the right to appeal to the County and State Board of Reviews if they <br /> so desire , but their presence must be noted at tonights meeting either <br /> by appearing before the 8oard or signing the attendance sheet and <br /> noting their street address, property I .n. number and phone number <br /> where they can be reached during the day. Questions from the audience <br /> were answered by the Board and Mr. Hilk. The reconvened meeting of the <br /> 1984 Board of Review was scheduied for Tuesday, June 19th at 7 : 30 P.M. <br /> Appearing before the Board were: <br /> 1 . Harry Pulver , 2591 Caroline Avenue <br /> 2�-117-23 24 �1025 <br /> Mr . Pulver stated he had requested a revaivation of his property <br /> prior to the Board meeting and had not received any results of this <br /> revaluation. Hilk stated that the County staff had not been able <br /> to contact everyone with the results of revaluations that had <br /> been done prior to tonights meeting . In order to save time at <br /> tonights meeting Hilk asked if he could call him tomorrow with the <br /> results. Pulver stated that would be fine with him. No action <br /> hy the Board <br /> 2. Eileen Oleen , 1305 North Arm Drive <br /> 07-117-23 41 f7fd31 <br /> Ms . Oleen stated that the Assessor was not able to contact her <br /> after she had requested a revaluation and would like to know the <br /> results of this revaluation. Hilk requested Busitzky to find <br /> the results of this revaluation and give it to Ms. Oleen. No <br /> action by the Board . <br /> 3. James Langhans, 1366 Rest Point Road <br /> 07-117-23 32 0001 and <br /> PJ7-117-23 32 0035 <br /> Mr . Langhans stated that these two properties are vacant land , <br /> one has his garden on it and his homestead is across the street . <br /> He stated that these two lots would not be buildable without a <br /> variance. He stated he had received a variance a couple of years <br /> ago , but that had expired . Mr . Langhans requested a revaluation <br /> of these two lots. No action by the Board . <br />
