Regular Meeting of the Orono Council , October 11 , 1983 Page 1 The Orono Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor Butler , Councilmembers Frahm, Grabek and Hammerel . Councilmember Adams arrived at 7 : 38 P.M. Also present : Zoning Administrator Mabusth , City Attorney Malkerson, Public Works Coordinator Gerhardson, City Engineer Cook and Deputy Clerk Hallin. City Administrator Benson absent. CONSENT AGENDA* Councilmember Frahm moved , Mayor Butler seconded to approve the Consent Agenda* , subject to removal of Item #2 , with all staff reports concerning items reviewed at this meeting to be attached to the original copy of these minutes on file in the City Clerk ' s office . MINUTES SEPTEMBER 25, 1983 Councilmember Frahm moved , Mayor Butler seconded to approve the minutes of the regular September 26 , 1983 , subject to amending the adjournment vote to 5 to � . Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . MINUTES* OCTOBER 6 , 1983 Councilmember Frahm moved , Mayor Butler seconded to approve the minutes of the special meeting held October 6 , 1983 . Motion , Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . PARK COMMISSION COMMENTS Paul Taylor , Park Commission member , was present and stated that the Park Commission wanted to thank the City Council for their cooperation approving the first stages of development for Summit Park. LMCD REPORT No comments from the Lake Minnetonka Conservation District Representative . PLANNING COMMISSION COMMENTS No comments from the Planning Commission Representative . PUBLIC COMMENTS No comments from the public present . #700 THOMAS VICKERMAN 579 MINNETONKA HIGHLANDS LANE AFTER THE FACT CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND VARIAtJCE Zoninq Administrator Mabusth reviewed with the City Council the request for Thomas Vickerman, 679 Minnetonka Highlands Lane for an "After the Fact" Conditional Use Permit and Variance .
