Mr . Carl Parten and his son, Dan <br /> Parten, were present. <br /> Councilmember Frahm moved , Councilmember Adams <br /> seconded to direct staff to prepare a <br /> resolution approving this preliminary sub- <br /> division contingent on the recommendations of <br /> the Planning Commission and an access easement <br /> for sewer maintenance. Staff will also <br /> prepare a resolution allowing the issuance of <br /> a building permit at preliminary approval time <br /> subject to the resolution of the sewerage <br /> matter .
