Motion , Ayes ( 4) - rlays ( �3) . <br /> Councilmember Hammerel moved , Councilmember <br /> Frahm seconded , to approve the Consent Agenda* , <br /> subject to removing item #2 , with all staff <br /> reports concerning items reviewed at this <br /> meeting to be attached to the original copy of <br /> these minutes on file in the City Clerk' s office . <br /> Motion , Ayes ( 4) - Nays (0) . <br /> MINUTES <br /> Mayor Butler moved , Councilmember Frahm <br /> seconded , to approve the minutes of the Regular <br /> meeting of March 14 , 1.98? , subject to including <br /> the Affidavit of Publication in the CDBG public <br /> hearing item and on page 4 , to add the heading of <br /> Resolution #14ti5 for that item.
