Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . <br /> Mayor Butler moved , Councilmember Frahm <br /> seconded , to approve the January 10 , 1983 minutes <br /> with the correction on page 4 explaining the <br /> reason for denial of the Home Builders Variance <br /> added to the discussion. Johnston <br /> was present regarding the purchase agreement and <br /> final plat resolution. <br /> Councilmember Grabek moved , Mayor Butler <br /> seconded , to approve Resolution #1451 Approving <br /> Purchase Agreement and Sale of City Land to H.R. <br /> Johnston.
