�R� CITY OF ORONO Regular Meeting of the Orono Council, 7: 00 P.M. June 2 , 1980 The Orono Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor Van Nest, Council- members Butler and Paurus. Councilmember Hurr arrived at 7 : 02 P.M. Also present: City Administrator Benson, City Planner Olson, City Engineer Cook, City Attorney Peterson, and Planning Commission Member Jabbour. Mayor Van Nest reconvened the public hearing PUBLIC HEARING concerning the proposed sewer project for North North Shore Drive - Shore Drive and Scotch Pine Lane at 7:00 P.M. Scotch Pine Sewers Mayor Van Nest announced that the public hearing would be held open until 7 : 15 P.M. to allow sufficient time for resident participation. Councilmember Hurr arrived at 7 :02 P.M. Mayor Van Ne�t asked if there were any consent CONSENT AGENDA* agenda items the public or Council would want removedfran the listed items. Butler moved, Paurus seconded, to remove Consent CONSENT AGENDA* Agenda Item #13 from the consent agenda. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . Butler moved, Paurus seconded, to approve the Consent Agenda*, subject to the removal of item #13 , wit� all staff data and supportive information to be included in the Minutes in the sequence they occur. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . No comments from the Park Commission. PARK COMMISSION No comments from the Lake Minnetonka Conservation LMCD REPORT District representative. No comments from the Planning Commission. PLANNING COMMISSION 7 : 15 P.M. - Public Hearing continued. It was noted that Mr. Albert Andrews, Jr. , 2625 PUBLIC HEARING North Shore Drive , was the only resident present. (Continued) Mr. Andrews commented that he was in favor of the proposed project. Mayor Van Nest closed the public hearing at 7: 17 P.M. (Continued)
