Alan Olson, City Planner , entered into the record COMPREHENSIVE PLAN the following concerning the 1980 Community Management Plan, dated May 28 , 1980 , which states: On May 19 , 1980, the Orono Planning Commission adopted a resolution to recommend approval of the Community Management Plan. Final background data pages are being typed now for printing in Part IV. Final proofing is being done for printing next week . Distribution is scheduled for June 15-25, 1980 . I recommend adoption of the attached resolution transmitting the Plan to the Metropolitan Council, and requesting a review extension for adjacent government comment. This should be sent along with a cover letter from the Mayor and Mr . Benson, submitting the plan and requesting a meeting with their staff to informally review staff questions before formal Council action. - (Continued)
