PLANNING COP�lMISSION <br /> No comments from the Lake P�Iinnetonka Conservation LMCD REPORT <br /> District. <br /> Mr. Alan Olson, City Planner, presented the City SUBDIVISION* <br /> Council with the following information for the 2885 Sixth Avenue N. <br /> asterisk agenda, dated August 9 , 1978 , which states: #�356 <br /> _ Karl Gardner <br /> The preliminary plat for Karl Gardner, 2885 Sixth <br /> Avenue North, was approved on r7arch 16 , 1978 , by <br /> Resolution #890. At this time, all conditions have <br /> been completed to the satisfaction of the staff. <br /> Referring to Resolution #890 : Item #7 - P4r. Gardner <br /> has delivered recorded easements exectued at the <br /> tir:ie of the Liberty Acres plat providing for road- <br /> way maintenance without the necessity for a homeowners <br /> association; Item #9 - There was great difficulty <br /> finding suitable septic sites on Lots 1 & 2 , Block 2 , <br /> but this has now been accomplished. <br /> Council P�eeting - August 15, 1978 ' <br /> Pesek moved, Butler seconded to adopt Resolution RESOLUTION #927* <br /> #927, A Resolution Approving The Plat Of Garden <br /> Grove, for Karl Gardner, 2885 Sixth Avenue Plorth. <br /> Motion, Ayes (3) - P1ays (0) . <br />
