Alan Olson, City Planner, entered into the SUBDIVISION <br /> record the following information concerning 3201 Navarre Lane <br /> a subdivision for Crosstown Properties , 3201 #266 • <br /> Navarre Lane, dated January 23, 1978 , which Crosstown Properties <br /> states : <br /> The City Council approved final plat per the <br /> Planning Comr.►ission recor:unendations, plus <br /> required title opinion and a developers' <br /> agreement, all subject to resolution of approval <br /> at the next meeting. <br /> Staff = February 9, 1978 - 12 : 00 Pdoon <br /> Have not yet received developers ' agreement, <br /> plats, revised easements or assessment waiver. <br /> As of February 6 in the afternoon, received <br /> sketches of road impr_ovements and sewer/water <br /> lines which should be approved by City Engineer <br /> prior to developers ' agreement or final approval. <br /> Water assessr►ents have not been reviewed by the <br /> engineer regarding P4innetonka Beach extensions. <br /> Council - February 9, 1978 <br /> Tabled until items have been provided for corinlete <br /> staff review. <br /> Staff - March 24, 1978 <br /> I recorv:�end final approval of this subdivision <br /> according to the attached resolution and approval <br /> of a subdividers ' ac�reement as drafted by the <br /> City Attorney and agreed to by the developer.
