Also present: <br /> City Administrator Benson, Building & Zoning <br /> Administrator P�tuhich, City Attorney Malkerson, <br /> • and City Engineer Frank. <br /> � Butler moved, Searles seconded, that the MINUTES <br /> Minutes of the Regular P�teeting of 5eptember 27, <br /> 1976, be approved. AZotion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . <br /> • <br /> � No Park Commission comments. PARK CONINIISSION <br /> No Human Rights Commission comments. HUMAN RIGHTS COPIMISSION <br /> Henry Muhich, Building & Zoning Administrator, <br /> � stated that the original proposal for Gerald <br /> ` Parten, 985 Tonkawa Road, was to subdivide the <br /> 5 plus acres into three lots and that the Partens <br /> had changed this request to two lots, both <br /> �xceeding two acres. Carl Parten, brother to <br /> the petitioner and neighbor to the south, was <br /> concerned about the swamp area on the rear lot. <br /> • He felt that this wild area should not be <br /> destroyed if a new road were built. Mrs. Gerald <br /> � Parten explained ta the Planning Commission and <br /> � Carl Parten that the road to their property is <br /> already there. Therefore, no new road is <br /> � required on the south lot. Member ricDonald <br /> expressed her concern about drainage at the <br /> � existing road. The Partens explained that there <br /> is now a culvert urider the gravel road. <br /> • <br /> Council meeting - August 23, 1976 <br /> � Approved per Planning Commission recommendation. <br /> Park dedication fee - 2�$ X $55,596 = $1,390.00. <br /> • <br /> Planning Commission P4eeting - October I8, 1976 <br /> � <br /> Recommended approval of the final plat for two <br /> � lots subject to payment of the park dedication <br /> fee and to County approval of any new access <br /> � to the north parcel. <br /> �� _lsh moved, Butler seconded, to adopt Reso].ution RESOLUTION �'720 <br /> .. 720, A Resolution Approving The Parwood Sub- Parwo <br /> da.vision, as per the Planning Commission Minutes #142 od Subdivision <br /> • of October 18, 1976, and also noting that public Gerald Parten <br /> sewers made the subdivision possible in reducing <br /> � lot sizes.
