The Council also <br /> + approved extending temporary permit to continue <br /> operation through October to give applicant time <br /> � for submitting necessary data requested. <br /> Planning Commission Meeting - October 18, 1976 <br /> • The Park Gun Club presented a marked calendar <br /> showing the proposed hours of operation, a <br /> colored plat map showing adjacent owners, and <br /> a large aerial photo of the entire property. <br /> The Club proposed planting a sound barrier of <br /> � trees along Starkey Road between the existing <br /> trees at Sixth Avenue North and the wooded <br /> area in the center of the property. The pro- <br /> posed lighting and night hours will be handled <br /> when a separate formal proposal is made. <br /> � The Planning Commission recommended approval <br /> � of the conditional use permit for the existing <br /> operation and approval of the operating license <br /> for next year, subject to the hours shown on <br /> the proposed calendar and subject to installation <br /> of the sound barrier trees by next June. <br /> Paurus moved, Welsh seconded, to approve the <br /> � conditional use permit for the Park Gun Club, <br /> 3660 Sixth Avenue North, as per the P3anning <br /> � Corunission Minutes of October 18, 1976. The <br /> � reason for their concern was that this item was <br /> listed as a progress report on the agenda for <br /> • the Council meeting of September 13, 1976. The <br /> • Planning Commission recommended denial of the <br /> proposed subdivision of 5 lots. They offered <br /> T�1r. Becker the opporturiity to submit a revised <br /> proposal of only 4 lats, or the possibility of <br /> acquiring enough additional land for the 5 lots <br /> to meet minimum area �equirements.
