In reviewing a survey from 1996 there was no <br /> shed show. So it must have been placed there since then. <br /> This letter is to notify you that the city does not allow buildings within 75 feet of the lake.Therefore it <br /> must be removed. A deadline of November 17, 2014 has been established to bring the property into <br /> compliance.
