Many of the neighbors and myself enjoy the use of it on <br /> Carmen's bay once the ice is thick enough to pull it out. It's become a tradition to meet the neighbors <br /> during many of those long winter days. I've been doing this for over 10 years without a complaint from <br /> any of my neighbors. <br /> If you do have a complaint I would rather keep peace in the neighborhood than share a few good times <br /> on the ice in the winter.
