(9.4%) is proposed and 1,252 sq. ft. (17.57%) is existino <br /> and none is aliowed; hardcover in the 75-250' lakeshore setback where 3,456 sq. ft. (26.87%) is <br /> proposed and 3,614 sq. ft. (28.1%) is existing and 3,215 sq. ft. (25%) is allowed are required.
