This application was reviewed as Zoning File#2056. <br /> 2. The property is located in the LR-1B Single Famiiy Lakeshore Residential Zoning <br /> District. <br /> 3, The Orono Plaruvng Commission reviewed this application on August 21, 1995 and <br /> again after revisions by the applicant on October 16, 1995, and recommended <br /> � approval of the variances as noted above, based upon the following findings: <br /> • Page 1 of 5 � <br />
