Kelley <br />(Name of Subdivider) <br />THIS AGREEMENT, Made and entered into this 29 day of <br />__ A_u--=-g_u_s_t _________ , 19~, by and between the City of <br />Orono, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of <br />the State of Minnesota (hereinafter called "City"), and <br />its heirs, successors and assigns, (hereinafter called <br />"Subdivider"). <br />WITNESS ETH: <br />WHEREAS, the Subdivider has made application to the City <br />Council for approval of a final plat of land within the cor- <br />porate limits of the City legally described in Exhibit A <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (the <br />"Subdivision"); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has granted preliminary <br />approval to the Subdivision, on the condition that the Subdi- <br />vider enter into this agreement to provide for among other <br />things, the installation of
