.� 01V. <br /> 0 0 <br /> b CITY of ORONO <br /> G <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �9kESH0 NO. 4 1 <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br /> VARIANCES TO <br /> MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br /> SECTION 10.03, SUBDIVISION 9 (A) <br /> FILE #2401 <br /> WHEREAS, Thomas Radke and Margaret Radke (hereinafter "the applicants") <br /> have an interest in the property located adjacent to their residence at 3424 Eastlake Street <br /> within the City of Orono (hereinafter "City") and legally described as follows: Outlot B, <br /> Bayside Beach, Hennepin County, Minnesota, (hereinafter "the property") and is owned jointly <br /> by the adjacent property owners at 3424, 3444, and 3464 Eastlake Street; <br /> WHEREAS, after due published and mailed notice in accordance with Minnesota <br /> Statutes and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning Commission <br /> held a public hearing on September 21, 1998, at which times all persons desiring to be heard <br /> concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicants have applied to the City for variance to Municipal <br /> Zoning Code Section 10.03, Subdivision 9 (A) to permit construction of an accessory structure <br /> where no such accessory structure is normally allowed. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #2401. <br /> 2. The property is located in the LR-lA Single Family Lakeshore Residential <br /> Zoning District. <br /> 3. The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on September 21, <br /> 1998 and recommended approval on a vote of 3 to 2. <br /> 4.
