MINUTES OF THE. REGULAR ORONO COUNCIL MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 10, 1986 <br />ATTENDANCE 7 : 0 0 PM <br />CONSENT AGENDA* <br />The Orono Council met on tho above date with the <br />following members present: Actinq Mayor Adams, <br />Councilmembers Grabek, Frahm, and Hammerel. Absent: <br />Mayor Butler. The following represented the City staff: <br />City Administrator Bernhardson, Public Works Coordinator <br />Gerhardson, Building & Zoning Administrator Mabusth, and <br />City Recorder Peterson. City Attorney Blatz was also <br />present. <br />Acting Mayor Adams welcomed students from the Orono Hiqh <br />School 'Contemporary Issues' class that were in <br />attendance. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Frahm, seconded by <br />Councilmember Hammerel, to approve the Consent Agenda* <br />is submitted. Motion, Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />APPROVAL, OF MINUTES* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Frahm, seconded by <br />Councilmember Llammere 1, to approve the Minutes of the <br />January 27, 19r Council meeting as submitted. Motion, <br />Ayes 4, Nays 0 <br />PARK COMMISSION COMMENTS <br />Public Works Coordinator Gerhardson stated that there <br />should be a Park Commission report at the next Council <br />meeting. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />There were no comments from the public at this time. <br />ZONING iNISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br />i913 PAUL F0 ' !.'.IPS* <br />2.160 SIXTH AVkKUE NORTH <br />FINAL SUBDIVISION <br />RR -SOLUTION i 1916 <br />Paul Phillips was present for this matter. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Frahm, seconded by <br />Councilmember Hammerel, to adopt Resolution #1916 <br />approving the Plat of Phillips' Woodland Terrace. <br />Motion, Ayes 4, Nnys 0. <br />
