MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO COUNCIL. MEETING HELD OCTOBER 29, 1984. PAGE 1 <br />ATTENDANCE 7: 00 PM The Orono Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Butler., Councilmembers Frahm, <br />Adams, Hammerel and Grabek. City Administrator <br />Benson was not present. City Enyineer Cook and City <br />Attorney Radio were present. Building & Zoning <br />AdministratcrMabusth, Assistant Zoning Administrator <br />Gaffron, Public Work Coordinator Gerhardson, and City <br />Recorder Sutton represented the City staff. <br />ANNOUNCEMENT OF CRYSTAL <br />BAY PUBIC HEARING <br />RESCHEDULED FOR NOVEMBER <br />13, 1984 AT 7:03 P11-1 Mavor Butler announced to the gobl ic that the Crystal Bay <br />public hearing has been rescheduled for November 13, <br />1984, at 7:00 p.m. <br />CONSENT AGENDA* Councilmember Adams moved, Councilmember Hammerel <br />seconded, to approve the Consent Agenda*, with all <br />staff reports concerning these items to be attached to <br />an original copy of these minutes on file in the City <br />Clerk's office. Motion, Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES* Councilmember Adams moved, Councilmember Hammerel <br />seconded, to appro,)e ti1L ,ninutes of the Council ,meting <br />held October 15, 1984. Motion, Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />LAKE MINNETONKA CONSERVATION <br />DISTRICT REPORT Jo Ellen Hurr was pr(?sont. Hutr stated that the new <br />budget was passed by the LMCD. Hurr noted that the cost <br />of license applications and spe::ial use permits that <br />required extra staff and legal time will now be paid by <br />the applicant. Hurr stated that the ordinance <br />amending the fees would be given to Orono staff. Hurr <br />stated that an ordinance was passed on changing uses of <br />dockage on the lake. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />COMMENTS rhere were no Planning Commission comments. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS There were no comments from the public present. <br />#820 LONIE FISK <br />493 PARK AVENUE <br />VARIANCE: <br />7.39 PM Lonie anc: Curtis Fisk were present. Lonie Fisk's <br />attorney, Garth Coller, was also present. Jim <br />Renschoof, traffic expert, was present for a traffic <br />report concerning the Fisk application.
