Teynor & Joseph T. This application was reviewed as Zoning File 12-3565. <br /> 2. The Property is located in the LR-1 B One Family Lakeshore Residential Zoning <br /> District which requires a minimum lot area of 1.0 acres and a minimum lot width <br /> of 140'. <br /> 3. The Planning Commission reviewed this application at a public hearing held on <br /> July 16, 2012 and recommended approval of the lot width variance and denial of <br /> the hardcover variance based on the following findings: <br /> Page 1 of 5 <br />
