.� o.� <br /> � � , � CITY of ORONO <br /> � <br /> �, y�� � RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �' �� No. b 3 Z �8 <br /> ���ESH�g'� <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br /> PINE VIEW <br /> FILE #13-3626 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") has <br /> adopted subdivision and land development regulations for the orderly, economic and safe <br /> development of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, on November 13, 2012, the City Council considered the preliminary <br /> plat application by John H. Lein and Connie Jean Lein, a married couple for subdivision of <br /> property identified as property identification number (PID) 28-118-23-42-0002 and legally <br /> described as Lot 1, Block 1, Fazendin Forest, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter the <br /> "Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, on November 13, 2012, the City Council adopted Resolution No. <br /> 6180 granting Preliminary Plat Approval for the proposed subdivision of the Property into four(4) <br /> single family residential lots, including a private road outlot; and <br /> WHEREAS, on September 20, 2013 the Property was sold to Stephenson <br /> Holdings, Inc., a Minnesota Corporation (hereinafter the "Owner"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the Owner has completed or has agreed to complete all other <br /> requirements of the platting regulations of the City including: <br /> 1. Completion of all platting requirements of Preliminary Plat Resolution No. 6180. <br /> 2. Dedication on the plat of Drainage and Utifity Easements as required in Resolution No. <br /> 6180. <br /> 3. Platting of a private road outlot 50 feet in width designated on the plat as Outlot A, and <br /> granting to the City of a Road, Drainage and Utility Easement as well as establishing <br /> covenants for maintenance of said private road. <br /> 4. Dedication of all Tree Preservation; Conservation; and Wetland and Wetland Buffer <br /> Easements as required in Resolution No. 6180. <br /> 5. Dedication of a Public Trail Easement over the southerly 10 feet of Lot 1 and Lot 4 <br /> concurrent with the 10' perimeter drainage and utility easement.. <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
