This application was reviewed as Zoning File #1014. <br /> 2. The property is located in the RS, Seasonal Recreational <br /> Zoning District. <br /> 3. On April 21, 1986, the Orono Planning Commission reviewed the <br /> application as amended and recommended approval based on one or <br /> more of the following findings: <br /> A) The property consists of 57 acres and can provide <br /> adequate camping area for a crew of 57 workers.
