<br /> I received a call of a domestic called in by Ann Christine Degrandewho called from the
<br /> neighbor's house. I arrived and met with Degrande, she was in the driveway waiting. I asked Degrande what
<br /> happened and she said Pagonis took her laptop out of her bedroom. Degrande said Pagonis just arrived home and
<br /> was saying"ha ha" about not finding the cell phones or her laptop. Pagonis was not on the property and
<br /> Degrande thought Pagonis was on the lake with some friends. Degrande walked police into the house through
<br /> the front door and downstairs to her bedroom. She pointed to where the laptop was before she took a nap. I asked
<br /> her to double check the bed and the laptop was located under the bed. Degrande said Pagonis was yelling entered
<br /> her bedroom just now. Degrande said there was no physical fighting today. However Degrande said Poganis
<br /> threatened her and said she would kill her. Degrande was appeared to be struggling to walk, couldn't concentrate
<br /> on one thing, and talked about her health problems. No contact was made with Pagonis.
