Schultz#519 Disturbance <br /> Additional information <br /> While inside the residence I observed the south end of the upper level had caved into the portion of the <br /> house.The next room to the north is a large living room area that was yellow from an animal urinating all <br /> over. There was a smell of urine and feces.There were buckets partially filled with what appeared to be <br /> rainwater from the ceiling leaking. This ceiling was starting to fall down into the home. I did not see a <br /> dog food/water dish. There is a small dog that lives here. I saw garbage all over the upper and lower <br /> levels. There was a liter box that had not been cleaned in a few weeks.The walls appeared to be moldy <br /> and discolored. Downstairs was not clean. <br /> Degrande's room was ok and did not smell like the rest of the house. <br /> I was also advised upon arrival that Pagonis is advertising on Craig's list to rent out her dock space. She <br /> had two families that were there renting dock space for their boats.No contact was made with the <br /> families. <br /> *Forward to LMCD <br /> *City should go inspect the house and determine if it is inhabitable. <br /> End of report <br /> Officer Susan Schultz#519 <br />
