Pursuant to the authority vested in me <br /> by the City of Orono, you and each of you upon whom this order is served, <br /> are hereby ordered within the prescribed time to: <br /> l . Within seven (7 ) days, remove all junk and debris from <br /> mechanical room. Pursuant to Minnesota Uniform Fire Code <br /> (MUFC) 11.203 (c) which states : <br /> " (c) Equipment Rooms. Boiler rooms, mechanical rooms and <br /> electrical panel rooms shall not be used for storage of <br /> combustible merchandise, material or equipment. " <br /> 2. Within 10 days, remove all storage from duct work. Pursuant <br /> to MUFC 11. 40 (d) which states : <br /> " (d) Clearances. Heating appliances shall be installed and <br /> maintained with clearance from combustibles in conformance <br /> with the Mechanical Code. " <br /> 3. Within seven (7 ) days, install door on electrical panel. <br /> Pursuant to NFPA 70 ART 240-41 (b) which states : <br /> " (d) No live parts. Plug fuses, fuseholders, and adapters <br /> shall have no exposed live parts after fuses or fuses and <br /> adapters have been installed.
