Administrative offices are permitted in this district. No exterior display or selling of <br /> merchandise to the general public is allowed in this zoning district (Section 10.43). <br /> When I spoke to Mr. Berney, I understood that he was intending to locate an office at this location. <br /> If he intends to display vehicles either in or outside of the building as indicated on #7, it is not <br /> allowed in the zoning district. <br /> Within the B-4 district,the aggregate square footage of sign space per lot shall not exceed the sum <br /> of one square foot for each front foot of building,plus one squaze foot for each front foot of lot not <br /> occupied by a building. No individual sign shall exceed fifty(50)square feet(Section 10.61, Subd. <br /> 3. A). <br /> Signage, however, is a moot point if the business does not comply with zoning. <br /> I signed the application with the above restrictions in mind, based on my conversation with Mr. <br /> Berney.
