No <br /> exterior display or selling of inerchandise to the general public is allowed. <br /> Mr. Berney filled out an application for the State of Minnesota indicating that the site has a <br /> display area for at least 5 vehicles. He indicated to me that he has been provided with 5 <br /> parking spaces. He told the City that he won't conduct display. However, he indicated on his <br /> license application that he has a display area.
