���p CITY OF ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> y�, G`,� No. 6 9 0 7 <br /> lqkFS H 04� <br /> A RESOLUTION � <br /> APPROVING A PRELIMINARY PLAT <br /> FOR THE PLAT OF PENCE LANE ADDITION <br /> FILE NO. LA18-000072 <br /> WHEREAS, Wiliiam M. Dunkley and Susan K. Dunkley (a married couple), are the <br /> owners of the property addressed 2709 Walters Port Lane (hereinafter the"Owners"); and <br /> WHEREAS on August 20, 2018, the Owners applied for Preliminary Plat approval to <br /> subdivide the property into two buildable lots and an outlot for the property legally described as: <br /> Lot 1, Block 1, Carman Bay Heights; and Lot 4, Block 1, Walters-Port, Hennepin <br /> County(hereinafter the"Property"); <br /> WHEREAS, on September 17, 2018, after published and mailed notice in accordance with <br /> Minnesota Statutes and the City Code, the Planning Commission held a public hearing, at which <br /> time all persons desiring to be heard concerning this application were given the opportunity to <br /> speak thereon; and <br /> WHEREAS, on September 17, 2018, the Planning Commission recommended <br /> approval of the preliminary plat; and <br /> WHEREAS, on October 8, 2018, the City Council continued the public hearing, at <br /> which time all persons desiring to be heard concerning this application were given the opportunity <br /> to speak thereon; and <br /> WHEREAS, on October 8, 2018, the City Council reviewed the application and the <br /> recommendations of the Planning Commission and City staff; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the proposal at a regular meeting held on <br /> October 8, 2018, and hereby made the following findings with regards to this application: <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT: <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #LA18-000072. The analysis contained <br /> within staff memos and the exhibits attached to the aforesaid memos, all minutes from the <br /> above mentioned meetings, and any and all other materials distributed at these meetings <br /> are hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> 1 <br />
