Most of this area would be better served with the mulch especially next to our building Leaving a relatively small common area which could use sod. There is an agreement in place regarding the area directly in front of Mr. Klang's third stall which I don't want to interfere with at this time. I believe we could add some mulch and possibly some sod without affecting that agreement. It looks like we have some extra mulch on one of the other fots which we could move over there sooner than later. When you are replacing the sod at 709 Sandstone Circle would you also install sod in the common area ONLY south of 673 Sandstone Circle? I have the area noted on the attached survey. Thank you.
