The overflow elevation is depicted as proposed. That proposed elevation should be removed <br /> from the survey. <br /> 2. The driveway to the southeast is listed as "per p/ans". It should be depicted as existing. <br /> 3. The catch basin on Sandstone Circle is listed as approximate location. The actual location of <br /> the catch basin should be shown along with the actual elevation. (Survey Requirement#9) <br /> A copy of the as-built survey is attached, noting the above. <br /> When a site visit was made it is noted there is an area that is missing sod/vegetation (shown on <br /> attached as-built survey). Once the area has been established with vegetation, please advise and we will <br /> perform another site inspection.
