This lot, Lot 2, did not <br /> have a specific, created building pad approved with the Plat as Lots 1 and 4 did. The proposed garage elevation and <br /> walkout elevations on Lot 2 are consistent with the approved grading plan but the rest of the plan must also conform — <br /> basemen, height, stories, etc. <br /> Please see Chris's initial comments and submit a revised plan.
