2. The top and bottom of wall elevation for the wall to the west of the home are not indicated. 3. The top and bottom elevation of the walls to the east of the home are not indicated. 4. The wall that runs along the eastern property line appears to cross the property line. Lyle and I reviewed this wall in the field with the applicant. They were supposed to relocate the wall as necessary to keep it on their property. Also,they were supposed to revise grading as necessary to keep runoff from draining onto the adjacent property. The applicant had marked the property line to aid in wall location review. A field visit to verify drainage in this area may be warranted as it is difficult to determine based on the plan provided. 5. On site inspector should confirm draining patterns indicated on the as built exist in order to keep runoff off of the neighboring properties. I agree. The main issue with approval was runoff being directed onto the adjacent property to the east at the neighbor's garage and near the applicant's stone steps. I found a copy of a site inspection the Bob and Lyle performed last August. Were the issues identified then rectified?
