Based on comparing the <br /> asbuilt with that plan I offer the following comments: <br /> 1. The steps and retaining walls near the lake are different than the approved plan. The wall are not annotated <br /> with top and bottom elevations per the city survey requirements. <br /> The neighbor to the east had submitted a complaint to the City regarding drainage in this area being routed onto <br /> his property. It appears that the applicant revised this area to keep runoff on site, and the work appears <br /> acceptable. However,wall elevations should be added to the plan,as required. <br /> � <br />
