I spoke with Courtney and then called Dorian regarding everything.So he will trigger wetland protection,and we are going to give him a conditional approval for this project that he must get a delineation once the growing season begins. He will just need to make sure the silt fence is outside of the 75' projected buffer from the preserve wetland. I am sending out a public notice for it today,which will end January 13th at 4:30pm. He won't be able to receive his permit any sooner than that date. Let me know if you need more info or anything from us. I will let you know when we are ready to issue the permit if you want to wait for us to approve on your end.
